NOVELTY - Method for preparing a cross-scale biomimetic composite restoration, involves blending a polymer solution and a nano-reinforcement solution to prepare a blended sol, constructing a composite film with a biomimetic structure through assembly, depositing a polyethylene glycol/polymer hybrid layer on one side of the film, drying, completely chemically modifying, removing the polyethylene glycol with hot water to obtain a rough surface, spraying an inert polymer solution on the rough surface, and performing mineralization treatment to obtain the heterogeneous biomimetic structure material. USE - The method is used for preparing cross-scale biomimetic composite restoration as restoration material for periodontal treatment for inducing periodontal tissue regeneration (claimed), periodontitis, inflammation of gingival soft tissue, destruction and absorption of alveolar bone, and loosening and falling of tooth. ADVANTAGE - The cross-scale biomimetic composite restoration has excellent mechanical property and biological compatibility, and can induce regeneration of periodontal tissue. The method is simple and convenient to operate.
