▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic composite material with enhanced interface inclusion involves using carbon nanotubes, graphene, silicon carbide particles or high-strength metal mesh nails on area to be welded on first fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material plate (5) to prepare an interface inclusion area (4), overlapping second fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material plate (3) to be welded area on the interface inclusion area of the first fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material plate, fixing on anvil (7), applying welding pressure (6) and sinusoidal displacement load (2) of vertical and work piece interface to second fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material plate to be welded by ultrasonic welding head (1), welding, using ultrasonic welding head to maintain pressure of welding joint, cooling, and unloading to finish the welding. USE - Method for ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic composite material with enhanced interface inclusion. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves tensile and peeling strength of the welding joint. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view explaining ultrasonic welding of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material based on interfacial inclusion reinforcement.
