▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves (i) mixing the graphene oxide solution and ethylene diamine to obtain mixed solution A, mixing solution A, reacting to obtain three-dimensional porous amino graphene hydrogel, and loading into the chromatography to obtain the three-dimensional porous amino graphene decolorizated column; (ii) dissolving the fried dough twist leek in water to obtain mixture B, ultrasonically extracting the mixture B to obtain the extracting solution C, mixing and extracting liquid C and absolute ethyl alcohol, allowing to stand to obtain the precipitate is hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude extract and dissolving the hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude substance in water to obtain the hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude extract aqueous solution; (iii) decoloring the hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude extract aqueous solution to the three-dimensional porous amino graphene decoloring column and collecting the filtrate; and (iv) freezing and drying the collected filter liquid. USE - The method for removing hemp-flower leek polysaccharide pigment by three-dimensional porous amino graphene decoloring column. ADVANTAGE - The prepared three-dimensional porous amino graphene decoloring column has high decolorization rate and recovery rate, high decolorization efficiency during the removal process, and high polysaccharide retention rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method comprises (i) mixing the graphene oxide solution and ethylene diamine to obtain mixed solution A, mixing solution A after ultrasonic treatment, reacting at 120degrees Celsius for 14 hours to obtain three-dimensional porous amino graphene hydrogel, after washing the three-dimensional porous amino graphene hydrogel, loading into the chromatography to obtain the three-dimensional porous amino graphene decolorizated column; (ii) dissolving the fried dough twist leek in water, obtaining mixture B, ultrasonically extracting the mixture B, obtaining the extracting solution C, mixing and extracting liquid C and absolute ethyl alcohol, allowing to stand at 4degrees Celsius after mixing to obtain the precipitate is hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude extract, dissolving the hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude substance in water to obtain the hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude extract aqueous solution; (iii) decoloring the hemp flower leek polysaccharide crude extract aqueous solution to the three-dimensional porous amino graphene decoloring column, where the pH value of the decoloring process is 4-7, the decoloring temperature is 25-55degrees Celsius, the decoloring balance time is 5 minutes, decoloring and collecting the filtrate; and (iv) freezing and drying the collected filter liquid after recoloring to obtain the decolored pitch flower leek polysaccharide powder.
