NOVELTY - Preparing flame retardant for laboratory test table comprises e.g. providing terephthalic acid, propanol, nano diantimony trioxide, graphene oxide, ethanol, divinyl triamethylene, zinc borate, ferrocene, pentaerythritol, polyol ester, hydrotalcite, ammonium polyphosphate, carbonizing agent, silicone oil, and titanium dioxide, adding oxidized graphene into graphene oxide aqueous solution, refluxing so as to obtain hydroxylated graphene oxide, using multiple-port bottle, adding hydroxylated graphene oxide and ethanol under protection of nitrogen, where the inner part of the multi-port bottle is equipped with stirring device, stirring uniformly hydroxylated graphene oxide and ethanol, controlling temperature, reacting, and cooling, adding ammonium polyphosphate, carbonizing agent, starting the stirring device, and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame retardant for laboratory test table. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant has wide application range, does not cause pollution to environment, and can meet domestic demands. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing flame retardant for laboratory test table comprises (i) providing terephthalic acid, propanol, nano diantimony trioxide, graphene oxide, ethanol, divinyl triamethylene, zinc borate, ferrocene, pentaerythritol, polyol ester, hydrotalcite, ammonium polyphosphate, carbonizing agent, silicone oil, and titanium dioxide, (ii) adding oxidized graphene into graphene oxide aqueous solution, refluxing so as to obtain hydroxylated graphene oxide, (iii) using multiple-port bottle, adding hydroxylated graphene oxide and ethanol under protection of nitrogen, where the inner part of the multi-port bottle is equipped with stirring device having heating function, stirring uniformly hydroxylated graphene oxide and ethanol, controlling temperature of the inner part at 100-120 degrees C, reacting for 12-24 hours, and cooling, (iv) adding ammonium polyphosphate, carbonizing agent, starting the stirring device, stirring for 5-10 minutes, uniformly stirring, then adding silicone oil, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixture, (v) adding terephthalic acid, propanol, nano diantimony trioxide, hydroxylated graphene oxide and ethanol to the other ported bottle in the protection of nitrogen, mixing and stirring while heating to 200-220 degrees C, controlling pressure in the multiple-port bottle at 0.5-0.8 MPa, reacting for 1-2 hours, reducing the temperature to 150-180 degrees C, adding divinyl triamethylene, zinc borate, ferrocene, pentaerythritol, polyol esters, and hydrotalcite, raising the temperature to 260-300 degrees C, controlling pressure at 40-60 Pa, reacting for 2-5 hours to obtain the mixed solution, (vi) transferring the mixture into mixed solution, stirring them uniformly, adding titanium dioxide, pH value testing, when pH value reaches predetermined value, and stirring for 30-50 minutes, and (vii) cooling mixture, and then discharging to obtain the flame retardant.
