NOVELTY - Preparing nano-interlayer graphene heat dissipation paint comprises e.g. (i) dispersing graphene material in mixed solvent, adding one-dimensional linear nano-filler into mixed dispersion liquid 1, stirring, (ii) filtering or suction filtering and drying obtained mixed dispersion 2, (iii) adding obtained graphene material-one-dimensional nanowire composite into mixed solvent, dispersing to obtain mixed dispersion 3, adding zero-dimensional spherical nano-filler into mixed dispersion 3 and stirring, (iv) filtering or suction filtering and drying obtained mixed dispersion 4, (v) adding obtained graphene material one-dimensional nanowire-zero-dimensional nanosphere composite, dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, and film forming auxiliary agent into aqueous resin, stirring and dispersing, (vi) ball milling obtained mixed slurry, and (vii) ball milling defoamer, leveling agent and film-forming auxiliary agent in obtained slurry, mixing and stirring and adjusting slurry viscosity. USE - The nano-interlayer graphene heat dissipation paint is useful in preparing optical devices, electronic devices and optoelectronic devices, and in heat dissipation coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problems of easy agglomeration of graphene and difficulty of dispersing uniformly in the polymer resin; improves longitudinal thermal conductivity of graphene; and achieves the main purpose of quickly reducing the temperature of heating core. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano-interlayer graphene heat dissipation paint comprises (i) adding graphene material into mixed solvent, then ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain mixed dispersion 1, adding one-dimensional linear nano-filler into mixed dispersion liquid 1, continue stirring under ultrasonic conditions until the dispersion is uniform to obtain mixed dispersion 2, (ii) filtering or suction filtering and drying the obtained mixed dispersion 2 to obtain graphene material-one-dimensional nanowire composite, (iii) adding obtained graphene material-one-dimensional nanowire composite into mixed solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain mixed dispersion 3, then adding zero-dimensional spherical nano-filler into mixed dispersion 3, and continue stirring under ultrasonic conditions until the dispersion is uniform to obtain mixed dispersion 4, (iv) filtering or suction filtering and drying the obtained mixed dispersion 4 to obtain graphene material one-dimensional nanowire-zero-dimensional nanosphere composite, (v) adding obtained graphene material one-dimensional nanowire-zero-dimensional nanosphere composite, dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, and film forming auxiliary agent into aqueous resin, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain mixed slurry, (vi) ball milling the obtained mixed slurry with ball mill for 10-120 minutes, and (vii) adding defoamer, leveling agent, and film-forming auxiliary agent into slurry obtained in step (vi), ball milling, then mixing and stirring uniformly, adjusting the slurry viscosity using deionized water to obtain final product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) nano-interlayer graphene heat dissipation paint prepared by above method; and (2) preparing heat dissipation coating, comprising coating nano-interlayer graphene heat dissipation paint on the surface of heat dissipation device in optical device, electronic device or optoelectronic device, and then drying to form final product.
