▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing and storing hydrogen by catalytic dehydrogenation, comprises contacting a transition metal catalyst anchored on a support of a carbon material comprising carbon aggregates, carbon fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphene or graphene derivatives, with at least one alcohol and at least one silane, to convert the silane to hydrogen and at least one silyl ether. USE - The process is useful for producing and storing hydrogen by catalytic dehydrogenation, where the produced hydrogen is useful in a fuel cell or a combustion engine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process: utilizes the transition metal catalyst which has a turnover frequency value for the reaction of catalytic dehydrogenation of silanes of 1.9-18 second-1 (claimed), and allows to stabilize the catalytically active species; facilitates the recovery of the catalyst, which allows to its recycling and reusability in later baking reactions; is easy to obtain hydrogen at industrial level and a relatively low cost; and is free of transmissions of carbon dioxide.
