NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing 2-3 parts of graphite oxide into 10-100 parts of de-ionized water. Hydrogel-shaped dispersion is obtained after ultrasonic treatment for 5-100 minutes. Tin Chloride is added with 0. 04 mol concentration of thio acetamide mixed solution. The thio acetamide mixed solution is stirred for 0-60 minutes. Ultrasonic processing is performed through the mixed solution. Reaction liquid is filtered. Reductive leaching liquid and the de-ionized water are used to wash a filter cake. The filter cake is dried to obtain tin oxide powder graphene compound. USE - Method for preparing a grapheme composite cathode material of a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing stable performance and high reversible capacity while preparing a grapheme composite cathode material of a lithium ion battery.
