NOVELTY - A surface treatment method in the processing of metal stamping components involves (i) preparing crack inhibitor, (ii) performing surface treatment, (iii) modifying metal stamping components, and (iv) performing plasma treatment. The preparation of crack inhibitor involves (a) sending graphene into ethanol for ultrasonic dispersion, adding flake graphite, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding activity improver, and continue to reacting to obtain modified graphite, (b) sending nickel powder to the calcining furnace for calcination treatment at 400-600degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, and sending to a water quenching agent at -2degrees Celsius for cold quenching treatment to obtain modified nickel powder, and sending modified nickel powder into the modified graphene for stirring at stirring speed of 50-100 rpm for 10-20 minutes, and sending into the high-pressure reaction kettle to continue processing to obtain crack inhibitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A surface treatment method in the processing of metal stamping components involves (i) preparing crack inhibitor, (ii) performing surface treatment, (iii) modifying metal stamping components, and (iv) performing plasma treatment. The preparation of crack inhibitor involves (a) sending graphene into ethanol for ultrasonic dispersion at ultrasonic power of 200-250 W and ultrasonic time of 20-30 minutes, adding flake graphite, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding activity improver, and continue to reacting at a reaction temperature of 80-90degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes at reaction speed of 500-1000 rpm to obtain modified graphite, (b) sending nickel powder to the calcining furnace for calcination treatment at 400-600degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, and sending to a water quenching agent at -2degrees Celsius for cold quenching treatment to obtain modified nickel powder, and sending modified nickel powder into the modified graphene for stirring at stirring speed of 50-100 rpm for 10-20 minutes, and sending into the high-pressure reaction kettle to continue processing to obtain crack inhibitor. The surface treatment involves treating metal stamping components with flame, irradiating with UV light at irradiation wavelength of 100-200 nm for 10-20 minutes. The modification of metal stamping components involves sending the processed metal stamping components into the crack inhibitor for high-pressure and high-temperature reaction treatment, and taking the water out for washing. The plasma treatment involves sending the processed metal stamping components into the plasma box for processing at power of the plasma of 210-240 W for 10-20 minutes and processing.
