▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene glass assisted by metal nanoparticles involves preparing a metal nanoparticle dispersion on the surface of a glass substrate, and removing a solvent to obtain a pretreated substrate. The graphene is grown on the surface of the pretreated substrate by chemical vapor deposition. USE - Method for preparing graphene glass assisted by metal nanoparticles used for defogging glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene glass assisted by metal nanoparticles, where the graphene glass obtained by the method has high optical transmittance, low sheet resistance, and good electrical conductivity, and obtained defogging glass can achieve defogging within 10 seconds.
