NOVELTY - Producing graphene filter, comprises (a) electrospinning a solution, in which polymer is dissolved, on the surface of a substrate formed with mesh and crossed with steel strip to form intervening layer, and (b) forming outermost layer by coating the surface of the interlayer layer with graphene. USE - The filter is useful in water purification device for purifying sewage (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The filter is simple and economical, has various thicknesses and shapes, and improves purification capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene filter produced by the above method; and (2) water purification device comprising a graphene filter (100), a filter housing (300) provided with a housing portion (301) in which the graphene filter is placed, an inlet (302) and an outlet (303) formed around the housing portion, and a pipe connected to the inlet and the outlet.
