▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves fixedly contacting a graphene sheet comprising layers of graphene formed on a copper film coating a surface of a metal or alloy substrate with a contacting surface of a flexible target substrate (FTS) by applying uniform pressure and heat on a layered assembly. A graphene film (GF) is stretched on the contacting surface of a sheet of the target substrate to form an elongated graphene film, where the layer of graphene forms the graphene film on the contacting surface of the target substrate and the graphene sheet is formed on the copper film. USE - Method for transferring a graphene sheet in a printing device e.g. laser printer and copier. ADVANTAGE - The method enables strengthening a fixed contact to stabilize a layered assembly and preserve integrity of the graphene sheet and the target substrate. The method enables changing and controlling position and orientation of a laser beam or a deflection mirror by a computer to select and change localized portions to selectively transfer graphene layers of the graphene sheet onto the contacting surface of the target substrate or to form a pattern of the graphene film on the contacting surface of the target substrate through selective transferring. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for selectively transferring a graphene sheet.
