NOVELTY - Large overload cable comprises 30-40 wt.% PVC, 10-25 wt.% linear polyethylene, 10-25 wt.% polypropylene, 5-10 wt.% diatomaceous earth, 5-10 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and 2-5 wt.% titanium oxide. USE - The large overload cable is useful in electric energy or signal transmission device. ADVANTAGE - The large overload cable: can realize the flow of gas in the vulcanization cylinder and ensure that the gas is in full contact with the surface of the cable to achieve a better vulcanization effect; avoids omission; and improve the quality of the cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: manufacturing large overload cable comprising (a) mixing polyvinyl chloride, linear polyethylene, polypropylene, diatomite, graphene and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer at 250-400degreesC to obtain a mixed solution, (b) weaving the copper wire into a mesh, erecting the copper mesh in the mold cavity and injecting the mixed liquid to form a protective cover, (c) twisting copper conductor by bundled wires, where copper conductor is made of annealed soft copper wire, twisting adjacent layers in the same direction to form a core wire during the double twist, (d) passing prepared core wire through a talcum powder before winding the shaft and wrapping the prepared cable with a protective sleeve through an extruder and (e) vulcanizing by extruding a vulcanizing device and vulcanizing the hollow air-permeable cable through a hot air vulcanization pipeline to obtain a finished cable.
