▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/inorganic polymer composite adsorbent material comprises (i) adding potassium hydroxide in silica gel solution, and stirring to obtain alkali excitation solution, (ii) dripping graphene to alkali excitation solution to obtain well-dispersed graphene/alkali excitation solution, (iii) mixing silicon-containing aluminum solid waste powder with fly ash and slag, adding mixed powder to excitation solution, adding deionized water to adjust viscosity, and obtaining graphene/inorganic polymer slurry, (iv) spheroidization process of adsorbent material by dripping graphene/inorganic polymer slurry into polyethylene glycol solution for multiple times solidifying graphene/inorganic polymer slurry into spherical shape in an organic liquid, drying and solidifying to obtain graphene/inorganic polymer composite spherical adsorption material blank, and (v) placing spherical adsorbent material in deionized water, and dripping hydrochloric acid solution to neutralize excess alkali. USE - The material is useful for adsorbing pollutants and heavy metal ions in the field of metallurgical industry and organic chemical wastewater treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: improves the adsorption performance of the spherical adsorption material; and realizes the recycling of typical industrial solid waste and the efficient treatment of industrial wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/inorganic polymer composite adsorbent material comprises (i) configuring alkali excitation solution by adding potassium hydroxide in 30-50 wt.% silica gel solution in a mol ratio of 0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2, and using magnetic stirrer for stirring to obtain an alkali excitation solution, (ii) configuring ultrasonic-auxiliary graphene/alkali excitation solution by dripping graphene to alkali excitation solution in a mass ratio of 1-30:80-90, magnetically stirring, performing ultrasonic-auxiliary oscillation treatment, so that the flake graphene is uniformly dispersed in the alkali excitation solution, and obtaining well-dispersed graphene/alkali excitation solution, (iii) configuring graphene/inorganic polymer slurry by mixing silicon-containing aluminum solid waste powder with fly ash and slag, grinding, and mechanically stirring and mixing according to a specific mass ratio, where the mass ratio of fly ash and slag is 1-2:1, adding mixed powder to graphene/alkali excitation solution obtained in step (ii), where the mass ratio of the mixed powder and graphene/alkali excitation solution is 3-6:4-5, adding specific amount of deionized water to adjust the viscosity during the stirring process, where the mass ratio of deionized water and the alkali excitation solution obtained in step (i) is 1-10:4-5, and mechanically stirring with an electric stirrer to obtain graphene/inorganic polymer slurry, (iv) spheroidization process of adsorbent material by dripping graphene/inorganic polymer slurry obtained in step (iii) into polyethylene glycol solution for multiple times under the high temperature condition of 60-90degrees Celsius and auxiliary mechanical stirring, solidifying graphene/inorganic polymer slurry obtained in the step (iii) into a spherical shape in an organic liquid and with auxiliary mechanical stirring, continuously stirring for 2-10 minutes, taking out and placing in 60-80degrees Celsius oven to dry and solidify for 1-3 days, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, continuously drying and solidifying in an oven at 60-80degrees Celsius for 3-14 days to obtain a graphene/inorganic polymer composite spherical adsorption material blank, and (v) removing alkali of spherical adsorption material by placing graphene/inorganic polymer composite spherical adsorbent material obtained in step (iv) in deionized water, dripping hydrochloric acid solution to neutralize excess alkali, soaking for 5-14 days until pH reaches 7, taking out, washing with absolute ethanol for 1-3 times, and then placing at 50-80degrees Celsius to dry for 0.5-2 days to obtain graphene/inorganic polymer composite spherical adsorption material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/inorganic polymer composite absorbing material prepared by the above-mentioned method.
