NOVELTY - A graphene-based silver composite material is prepared by dissolving silver salt in water to get silver salt solution, uniformly dripping silver salt solution to graphene oxide, freeze-drying to get silver salt/graphene oxide mixture, introducing silver salt/graphene oxide mixture into dry quartz tube, placing the quartz tube in tube furnace, increasing the furnace temperature from room temperature to 250-300 degrees C, where the heating rate is 10-15 degrees C/minute, then passing pure nitrogen, adjusting the temperature to 200 degrees C, and carrying out heat preservation reaction to obtain product. USE - The graphene-based silver composite material is useful in multifunctional aqueous paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based silver composite material has excellent flame retardance, electromagnetic shielding property, thermal stability and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based silver composite material is prepared by dissolving silver salt in water to get silver salt solution, uniformly dripping silver salt solution to graphene oxide, freeze-drying to get silver salt/graphene oxide mixture, where the mass ratio of silver element corresponding to silver salt and graphene oxide is (1-2):10, introducing silver salt/graphene oxide mixture into dry quartz tube, placing the quartz tube in tube furnace, increasing the furnace temperature from room temperature to 250-300 degrees C, where the heating rate is 10-15 degrees C/minute, then passing pure nitrogen, adjusting the temperature to 200 degrees C, and carrying out heat preservation reaction to obtain product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene-based silver multifunctional aqueous paint, which is prepared by adding 0.2-0.6 %mass graphene-based silver composite material and 30 %mass intumescent flame retardant to hydroxy acrylic emulsion, adding aqueous defoamer to above system, and then adding aqueous isocyanate curing agent and curing to form film.
