▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene/titanium alloy composite armor material involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene in alcoholic solution to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution, adding titanium alloy powder to graphene/alcohol mixed solution, heating, mixing to obtain semi-solid paste-type graphene/titanium alloy powder, drying, rolling the graphene/titanium alloy powder to obtain non-agglomerated mixed powder. The titanium alloy comprises aluminum, niobium, zirconium, molybdenum, tin, tantalum, silicon, carbon and remaining titanium and unavoidable impurities. USE - Method for preparing graphene/titanium alloy composite armor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene/titanium alloy composite armor material with adjustable process control and low material cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene/titanium alloy composite armor material involves weighing graphene and titanium alloy powder, ultrasonically dispersing graphene in alcoholic solution for 0.5-1.0 hour to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution, adding titanium alloy powder to graphene/alcohol mixed solution, stirring at 100-500 rpm, heating at 40-60 degrees C, mixing for 1-2 hours to obtain semi-solid paste-type graphene/titanium alloy powder, drying at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, rolling the graphene/titanium alloy powder to obtain non-agglomerated mixed powder. The titanium alloy comprises 10.0-12.0 wt.% aluminum, 5.0-6.0 wt.% niobium, 3.0-4.0 wt.% zirconium, 1.5-2.5 wt.% molybdenum, 1.5-2.5 wt.% tin, 0.5-1 wt.% tantalum, 0.2-0.4 wt.% silicon, 0.04-0.08 wt.% carbon and remaining titanium and unavoidable impurities. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device for preparing graphene/titanium alloy composite armor material.
