NOVELTY - A biosensor (1) using a heterojunction channel comprises semiconductor substrate (2), a two-dimensional semiconductor material (3) formed on the semiconductor substrate, graphene (4) formed on the semiconductor substrate such that a receptor coupled to a target biomaterial to be measured is fixed and a heterojunction channel is formed with the formed two-dimensional semiconductor material, a first electrode (5) formed to be connected to the two-dimensional semiconductor material and a second electrode formed to be connected to the graphene. USE - Biosensor using a heterojunction channel. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor provide a real-time field-effect transistor biosensor, implement a sensor with a high-speed response time with high mobility of graphene, high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a biosensor using a heterojunction channel which is combined with the target biomaterial through one non-covalent functionalization which involves forming a semiconductor substrate, forming a two-dimensional semiconductor material on the semiconductor substrate, forming graphene on the semiconductor substrate such that a receptor coupled to a target biomaterial to be measured is fixed and a heterojunction channel is formed with the formed two-dimensional semiconductor material, forming a first electrode to be connected to the two-dimensional semiconductor material and forming a second electrode to be connected to the graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of biosensor. Biosensor (1) Semiconductor substrate (2) Two-dimensional semiconductor material (3) Graphene (4) First electrode (5)
