NOVELTY - Cuprous oxide composite film preparation involves preparing 2-7 mass% sodium alginate aqueous solution and 10 mass% copper salt solution, and then adding graphene into copper salt solution under microwave conditions with stirring at high speed for 30-120 minutes to obtain a mixed solution. The graphene mixed solution is slowly added into the sodium alginate aqueous solution in a molar ratio of 1:1-1.5 at 20-100 degrees C, where glucose or ascorbic acid as a reducing agent is also added with stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain alginate-graphene copper oxide gel. USE - Method for preparing cuprous oxide composite film (claimed) for use as a band-aid and other medical materials. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the cuprous oxide composite film in a simple manner with uniform internal structure, controllable particle size, good water absorption and permeability and broad market prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cuprous oxide composite film preparation involves preparing 2-7 mass% sodium alginate aqueous solution and 10 mass% copper salt solution, and then adding graphene into copper salt solution under microwave conditions with stirring at high speed for 30-120 minutes to obtain a mixed solution. The resulting gel is defoamed in vacuum and then aged for 24-48 hours to give casting solution, where the casting solution is extruded in a mold to give the cuprous oxide composite film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic electron micrograph of the cuprous oxide composite film.
