NOVELTY - Method for preparing the high-conductivity flexible polyimide composite film, involves (a) adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to polyimide microsphere aqueous dispersion to obtain dispersion liquid of polyimide doped graphene oxide microspheres, adding reducing agent, performing chemical reduction reaction and post-processing to obtain polyimide doped reduced graphene oxide microspheres, (b) reacting diamine and dianhydride in solvent to obtain polyamic acid solution, adding organic base reaction, and performing post-treatment to obtain polyamic acid salt, and (c) adding conductive nano-filler, polyimide doped reduced graphene oxide microspheres and dispersing agent to aqueous solution of polyamic acid salt, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixed solution, casting mixed solution to film, and performing thermal imidization to obtain flexible polyimide composite film. USE - Method for preparing high-conductivity flexible polyimide composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prevents the core-shell structure of polyimide doped reduced graphene oxide microspheres from damaged by organic solvents, constructs three-dimensional and orderly conductive network structure between polyimide and conductive nanofillers, adopts entanglement and bridging effect of water-based PAAS to prevent cracks in film, and the prepared composite film has regular surface and excellent toughness.
