▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure (100) has a conductor film (14) that is provided on a support substrate (12). An insulation magnetic film (16) is provided on the conductor film, and a conductor wire (18) is provided on the insulation magnetic film. The insulating magnetic film is made of a magnetic garnet and yttrium iron garnet. The conductor film and conductor wire are made of copper, aluminum, gold, silver, platinum, iron, a transparent conductor, a superconductor, a graphene, and conductive material and contains conductive magnetic substance. The thickness of the insulating magnetic film is 10 m or less. The conductor wire is provided with thickness of 1 m or less and a width of 5 m or less. USE - Spin wave excitation detecting structure such as transducer or antenna for exciting and detecting spin wave. ADVANTAGE - The spin wave excitation detecting structure achieves high strength of structure, high spin wave strength capable of being excited, and wide frequency band spin wave which is excited.
