NOVELTY - The sensor has a sample pool (5) arranged with a nano-particle array (2). The nano-particle array is arranged on a surface of a prism (1) and provided with a silicon dioxide thin film (3). A graphene (4) is covered with the silicon dioxide thin film. The prism is made of high refractive rate material. The nano-particle array provided with a polystyrene nano ball (6) that is covered with a metal thin film (7). A refractive rate of the prism is higher than a refractive rate of the silicon dioxide thin film. Diameter of the polystyrene nano ball is about a range of 50-80nm. USE - Surface Plasmon resonance biologic sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor realizes sensitive characteristic, and improves adsorption and detection rate, oxidation effect, target biosensor sensitivity and accuracy rate.
