NOVELTY - Preparing spray polyurea elastomer (SPUA)-based anti-corrosion material involves: (S1) adding 50-60 pts. wt. amino-terminated polyether and 50-60 pts. wt. polyester to a stirring tank, and stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 10-15 minutes to obtain a mixture (A); (S2) adding 5-8 pts. wt. flame-retardant reinforcing filler, 3-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 5-7 pts. wt. curing agent, 30-40 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, and 100-120 pts. wt. distilled water to the stirring tank, and stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixture (B); (S3) adding the mixtures (A) and (B) and 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer to the stirring tank, and stirring at 30-35 degrees C and 200-300 rpm for 1-1.5 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing SPUA-based anti-corrosion material. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts phosphorus-containing oxyacid on flame-retardant reinforcing filler, which catalyzes the dehydration of hydroxy-containing compounds into carbon, and then produces a coke layer on the surface of the material. The coke layer insulates oxygen and heat to extinguish the flame. The flame-retardant components in the flame-retardant reinforcing filler are not easy to volatile and can be evenly dispersed in the material, so that the flame-retardant effect is excellent, and the amount of flame retardant is less.
