NOVELTY - Manufacture of water-dispersible graphene nanosheet involves immersing at least one portion of the anode of the graphite material and the anode of the metal material in a mixed electrolyte aqueous solution comprising a persulfate containing persulfate ions, a basic salt and a buffer, and inducing sulfate at the end of the graphite-derived graphene nanosheet by an electrochemical reaction by maintaining the pH of the mixed electrolyte aqueous solution at 7 or more during the electrochemical reaction. USE - Manufacture of water-dispersible graphene nanosheet used in graphene composition. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene nanosheet having excellent mechanical, electrical, chemical, and thermal properties inherent in graphene and excellent dispersibility in water.
