NOVELTY - Capillary is pretreated by rinsing with deionized water for 5-20 minutes, washing with sodium hydroxide solution, and rinsing with water. A 5-10 wt.% cationic polyelectrolyte coating solution is injected into capillary for 3-10 minutes, and washed to form cationic capillary column. Graphene oxide is mixed with water to produce 0.1-1 wt.% graphene oxide solution, which is introduced into the capillary and maintained for 10-60 minutes. The capillary is rinsed with water, and modified to obtain graphene-modified capillary-column chromatography. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified capillary-column chromatography (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified capillary-column chromatography having excellent durability is produced stably by simple method. The complex chemical bonding method is not required.
