The thickness ratio of oxygen barrier layer, bonding layer and polyolefin resin layer is 1.5:0.5:8. The specific composition and mass fraction of oxygen barrier layer comprises 100 pt. wt. ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) resin and 1-8 pts. wt. modifier. The modifier comprises graphene, seaweed carbon, ceramic powder and silica at mass fraction ratio of 1-2:2-5:2-5:1-3. The bonding layer is made of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene.
