▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method (M1) of chemical reduction of graphene oxide involves subjecting graphene oxide to chemical reduction with hypophosphorous acid and/or hypophosphite ions, in an acidic medium with pH of 0-4.5, using sulfur dioxide, sulfurous acid or its salt as reduction catalyst, and the precipitate of reduced graphene oxide is then separated from the solution. USE - For chemical reduction of graphene oxide useful in industrial application for its increased electrical conductance; reduced graphene oxide is also used in the form of suspensions, layers, and as a powder. ADVANTAGE - Graphene oxide after reduction with method (M1) has a much lower resistivity compared to the value cited in the literature; thus a very high quality of reduced graphene oxide is obtained by the method.
