▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves performing photoelectric co-modulation on a two-dimensional material on a transparent substrate by an optical anti-reflection type doping agent film to realize synchronous improvement of conductivity and light transmittance of the two-dimensional material. The conductivity of the two-dimensional material is doped after forming upper surface of the two-dimensional material with an optical anti-reflection film of the doping agent for improving transmittance of the two-dimensional material by utilizing an antireflection effect of the film. USE - Method for synchronously improving conductivity and light transmittance of a two-dimensional material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables developing a high-performance two-dimensional material conductive film, which lays foundation for application in electronic and optoelectronic devices.
