NOVELTY - Preparing multi-level structure phase-junction titanium dioxide complex graphene cathode material comprises (i) using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and alcohol compounds as first-level solvent, and preparing three-dimensional hierarchical structure titanium dioxide precursor by solvothermal method, (ii) placing three-dimensional hierarchical structure titanium dioxide precursor prepared in step (i) below the phase transition temperature, transforming into phase-junction titanium dioxide with anatase phase and rutile phase through two-step calcination method, and the morphology of phase-junction titanium dioxide is a three-dimensional hierarchical structure, (iii) mixing homogeneously the phase-junction titanium dioxide prepared in step (ii) and graphene to obtain complex material, placing complex material in a secondary solvent at 40-80 degrees C, conducting ultrasonic treatment, and volatizing secondary solvent. USE - The method is useful in preparing multi-level structure phase-junction titanium dioxide complex graphene cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The material has both the high cycle life endowed by nano-titanium dioxide to the battery, high conductivity and high current discharge capability endowed by graphene to the electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) multi-level structure phase junction titanium dioxide composite graphene cathode material prepared by above mentioned method; and (2) battery electrode, comprising multi-level structure phase junction titanium dioxide complex graphene cathode material.
