NOVELTY - Method for screening DNA aptamer that specifically binds to a target substance, involves absorbing DNA aptamer candidate on oxidized graphene-silica particle complex in which oxidized graphene is absorbed on surface of target substance, reacting and recovering DNA. USE - The method is used for screening DNA aptamer that specifically binds to a target substance (claimed) for producing and detecting palladium.
