NOVELTY - Method for synthesizing isoquercitrin using micro-reactor special nanoparticle immobilized enzyme, involves using selected immobilized enzyme carrier is graphene and the graphene immobilized enzyme in micro-channel reactor to improve heat transfer, mass transfer and particle spatial effects. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing isoquercitrin using micro-reactor special nanoparticle immobilized enzyme (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for synthesizing isoquercitrin using micro-reactor special nanoparticle immobilized enzyme, involves (a) using selected immobilized enzyme carrier is graphene and the graphene immobilized enzyme in micro-channel reactor to improve heat transfer, mass transfer and particle spatial effects, or (b) diluting 10 mg graphite into 10 ml centrifuge tube, adding 2 ml 20 g/l naringinase, sealing the mixture, shaking the mixture at 50 degrees C for 5 hours, centrifuging the mixture at 10000 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 10 minutes, removing the supernatant, adding 2 ml pure water to centrifuge tube for 10 minutes, repeating 2-3 times, controlling the flow rate at 30-55 degrees C, centrifuging the mixture for 10 minutes, measuring the supernatant by HPLC, washing the mixture, adding surfactant, and performing catalytic reaction in microchannel reactor for 15 times.
