▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene involves preparing denitrifying bacteria in nutrient culture medium, providing nitrate, then adding graphene oxide suspension, maintaining, removing supernatant, adding diluted hydrochloric acid, ultrasonically-crushing bacteria component, washing and drying, to obtain purified nitrogen-doped graphene. The nutrient culture medium contains potassium nitrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium succinate, anhydrous disodium phosphate, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and Vickers salt solution, and has pH of 6.5-7.5. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene is economically prepared by simple and environmentally-friendly method under mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene involves preparing denitrifying bacteria in nutrient culture medium maintained at constant temperature for 1-4 days, such that proper amount of denitrifying bacteria proliferates, providing nitrate as nitrogen source into nutrient culture medium, then adding graphene oxide suspension, maintaining constant temperature for more than 2 days, removing supernatant of culture liquid, adding diluted hydrochloric acid, ultrasonically-crushing bacteria component, washing and drying, to obtain purified nitrogen-doped graphene. The nutrient culture medium contains potassium nitrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium succinate, anhydrous disodium phosphate, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and Vickers salt solution, and has pH of 6.5-7.5.
