NOVELTY - Lead storage battery grid alloy preparation method involves adding modified graphene powder to diffusion plating solution containing lead ions, using inert conductive substrate as an anode and a pure lead plate as a cathode, carrying out electroless deposition of lead-graphene composite to obtain pure lead plate, introducing lead plate into intermediate frequency furnace, heating to melt, adding tin, melting and stirring, reintroducing pure lead plate of deposited lead-graphene composite material, melting, stirring, stopping heating, adding lead ingots, stirring and cleaning. USE - Lead storage battery grid alloy preparation method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process of grid alloy is simplified. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lead storage battery grid alloy preparation method involves (i) adding a modified graphene powder to a diffusion plating solution containing lead ions, using an inert conductive substrate as an anode and pure lead plate as a cathode, carrying out electroless deposition of lead-graphene composite to obtain pure lead plate, (ii) introducing lead plate in an amount of more than 50% of the total amount of the raw materials into an intermediate frequency furnace according to a grid alloy alloying ratio, heating to melt, (iii) adding tin into the melt, melting and stirring evenly, (iv) reintroducing pure lead plate of deposited lead-graphene composite material, melting, stirring evenly, (v) stopping heating, adding the remaining lead ingots, stirring the melt, and (vi) cleaning slag in the casting alloy ingot. The grid alloy composition comprises 0.01-1.0 %mass tin, 0.5-10.0 %mass lead-graphene composite and remaining lead.
