NOVELTY - A solar cell silver paste comprises 88-89 wt.% silver powder, 1.9-3 wt.% glass powder, 8-10 wt.% organic carrier and 0.02-0.06 wt.% graphene. USE - Solar cell silver paste. ADVANTAGE - The high efficiency solar cell silver paste improves conversion efficiency, uses lead-free glass powder having wide sintering process window, and improves feasibility of each product by batch production.
