NOVELTY - Composite laminate comprises graphene oxide, and metal chemically combined with graphene oxide which is inserted into the layer of layered graphene oxide. The laminate has properties including at least one of electrical conductivity greater than or equal to 0.1 S/m, elastic modulus (Young's modulus) greater than or equal to 25 Gpa when thickness is 7 mu m, and tensile strength of greater than or equal to 100 MPa when thickness is 7 mu m. USE - The laminate is useful in membrane (claimed), catalyst, electrochemical active material and electrode. ADVANTAGE - The laminate has improved transmittance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite laminate comprises graphene oxide, and metal chemically combined with graphene oxide which is inserted into the layer of layered graphene oxide. The laminate has properties including at least one of electrical conductivity greater than or equal to 0.1 S/m, elastic modulus (Young's modulus) greater than or equal to 25 Gpa when thickness is 7 mu m, and tensile strength of greater than or equal to 100 MPa when thickness is 7 mu m. The metal is combined and inserted into the layer of graphene oxide by contacting through sequentially alternating organometallic precursor containing the metal into second precursor gas and first precursor gas containing elements including at least one of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing composite laminate, comprising contacting by sequentially alternating organometallic precursor into second precursor gas and first precursor gas containing elements including at least one of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur on the processing target containing layered graphene oxide.
