▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon film has substrate (1) and layer of graphite plates each of which comprises a columnar stack (2) of planar conjugated sp2 carbon-based graphene-like sheet (3). The number of graphene-like sheet in the columnar stack is 1-20000. The graphite plates are directed in such manner that planes of graphene-like sheets are located predominantly vertical with respect to substrate surface. The distance between the graphene-like sheets in the columnar stacks is 3.35-3.9 Angstrom , where the number of the graphene-like sheets is greater than 1. The graphite plates possess ion-conduction anisotropy. USE - Carbon film is used for electrode for electrochemical device (all claimed) e.g. supercapacitor and lithium secondary battery for notebook personal computer and cellular phone. ADVANTAGE - The carbon film efficiently and economically provides battery with excellent cycling characteristics and high capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) electrode; and (2) manufacture of carbon film.
