▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Enzyme electrode comprises a working electrode. The working electrode has a substrate and a nano-conductor fixed on the substrate. The nano-conductor is modified by D-2-hydroxyglutarate dehydrogenase and electron mediator. USE - The enzyme electrode is useful for detecting D-2-hydroxyglutaric acid concentration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The enzyme electrode has good conductivity, high sensitivity to D2 hydroxyglutaric acid, and significantly reduces the detection limit of D2 hydroxyglutaric acid, and greatly improves the detection range. The method is simple, economical, and has strong substrate specificity, and overpotential of the enzyme electrode and greatly improves anti-interference ability of the sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Preparing enzyme electrode, comprising contacting D-2-hydroxyglutarate dehydrogenase and electronic mediator with the nano-conductor and modified, and fixing on the substrate to form a working electrode; (2) Electrochemical sensor, comprising enzyme electrode; (3) Detecting concentration of D-2-hydroxyglutaric acid, comprising adding a sample of D-2-hydroxyglutaric acid to be tested into the working area of the electrochemical sensor and applying voltage to detect the oxidation current of the electronic mediator; and (4) Device for detecting concentration of D-2-hydroxyglutaric acid, comprising an electrochemical sensor, control assembly, a detection assembly, an operation assembly and an output assembly.
