NOVELTY - A high wear-resistant UV white primer contains 5-25 pts. wt. modified graphene prepared by adding graphene oxide to water, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining graphene oxide suspension, stirring, adding sulfamyl humic acid sodium, dispersing uniformly, heating at 70-90 degrees C, adding hydrazine hydrate solution, vacuum-filtering, washing, drying and grinding. USE - High wear-resistant UV white primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high wear-resistant UV white primer has excellent electrostatic spraying effect, sagging property and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high wear-resistant UV white primer comprises 40-70 pts. wt. epoxy acrylic resin, 15-35 pts. wt. hydroxyacrylic resin, 10-20 pts. wt. thermoplastic acrylic resin, 15-30 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol diacrylate, 5-25 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. nano-silica, 1-5 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 5-15 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 10-20 pts. wt. white pigment, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-6 pts. wt. sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose, 1 pt. wt. polyamide wax, 0.5-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 2-6 pts. wt. photoinitiator, and 5-15 pts. wt. organic solvent. The modified graphene is prepared by adding graphene oxide to water, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining graphene oxide suspension, stirring, adding sulfamyl humic acid sodium, dispersing uniformly, heating at 70-90 degrees C, adding hydrazine hydrate solution, vacuum-filtering, washing, drying and grinding.
