▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced titanium aluminide (Ti2AlNb) alloy composite material, comprises (1) adding graphene or graphene oxide to anhydrous ethanol in a specific ratio to perform ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 0.5-10 hours to obtain a homogeneously dispersed graphene or graphene oxide in ethanol; (2) placing titanium powder, aluminum powder and niobium powder into ball mill tank in a specific ratio; (3) dropping the dispersion uniformly into the ball mill tank, then adding the steel ball into the ball milling tank according to specific ratio of grinding media to material and the ball milling tank for vacuumizing-argon gas repeating for many times, then ball milling on the planetary ball mill, preparing uniformly dispersed powder material; (4) drying the powder material at a vacuum degree of -0.09 to -0.1 MPa and temperature of 80-120 degrees C for 1-4 hours; and (5) placing the powder material into a high-strength graphite mold and performing vacuum discharge plasma sintering. USE - The composite material is useful in the field of aviation engine. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: fully shows the toughening and plasticizing effect of graphene on Ti2AlNb alloy is very significant; and can greatly improve the combat performance of aircraft.
