NOVELTY - A direct-fired biomass boiler clean production and pollutant recycling technique system belongs to the technical field of biomass boiler and clean heat supply. comprising a biomass boiler, a high temperature dust remover, an SCR denitration device and a graphene heat exchange denitration integrated machine set; the smoke recycling and cleaning heat exchange tower four modules, wherein the fuel combustion process orderly passes through the feeding, combustion chamber, tail high temperature heating surface, the hearth heating surface, low nitrogen high temperature flue gas is sent to the denitration plate and the graphene heat exchanger through high temperature dust remover; the fan is sent into the clean heat exchange tower middle smoke inlet; and through multi-stage spraying heat exchange and washing and purifying, removing mist and drying, discharging and diffusing through the chimney port; the lower part of the cleaning heat exchange tower is a boiler combustion-supporting air full hot air preheater; the fresh air is sent to the boiler after being heated and humidified by the flue gas afterheat water; the heat net backwater is sent to the flue gas afterheat plate for changing and preheating, and then enters the graphene heat exchanger and the boiler main body to heat to realize the afterheat, the smoke pollutant, the condensed water and the clinker are fully used.
