NOVELTY - Oily graphene dispersion comprises graphite and an organic solvent, where the flake graphite and the organic solvent form an oily graphene dispersion, and the graphite in the oily graphene dispersion comprises graphite powder, flake graphite, artificial graphite, expandable graphite and/or expanded graphite. USE - The oily graphene dispersion is used as conductive additive in graphene electric heating film, lithium battery, supercapacitor, conductive coating, and graphene heat dissipation material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate and easy to scale production, and has high in stripping efficiency, excellent product quality, low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the oily graphene dispersion, which involves (i) mixing first organic solvent and second organic solvent at a volume ratio of 60:40-95:5 to obtain an organic solvent, (ii) pre-mixing graphite and organic solvent under the action of dispersing equipment, and (iii) dispersing the pre-mixed solution through a high-pressure micro-jet homogenizer to obtain the oily graphene dispersion with high purity.
