NOVELTY - The method involves soaking a graphene oxide film in a graphene oxide nano sheet. The graphene oxide macro-body is mechanically coldpressed to obtain a graphene oxide film. The surface density of the graphene oxide film is not less than 250g/m2. The graphene oxide film is pre-heated at 150 °C to 600 °C inert atmosphere or vacuum condition. Heat treatment is carried out to the graphene oxide film at 2300 °C to 3000 °C. The graphene oxide film is cooled at room temperature by applying pressure of 20MPa to 200MPa. USE - Method for preparing a graphene thick film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the current heat conducting film product has low volume density, small thickness, and small thermal diffusion coefficient, not satisfy power electronic product radiating performance requirement.
