NOVELTY - Alkyd resin-modified conductive film comprises 10-13 pts. wt. resin dispersion, 1-2 pts. wt. diacetone acrylamide, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. hydrocarbyl succinic acid, 110-140 pts. wt. aniline, 4-5 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate and 1-2 pts. wt. calcium stearate. USE - Used as alkyd resin-modified conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The film has wear resistance and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the alkyd resin-modified conductive film, comprising (1) taking ammonium persulfate whose weight is 10-17 times, adding into de-ionized water, uniformly stirring to obtain initiator solution, (ii) taking the graphene, adding to the 26-30 times of the total weight, 95-96% sulfuric acid solution, soaking for 1-2 minutes, filtering and washing the precipitate, deionized water at normal temperature drying, mixing with alkyl succinic acid, adding to 3-4 times of the weight of the mixed material, ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes to obtain the acidized graphite alkene solution, (iii) taking the resin dispersion, acidized graphite alkene solution, uniformly stirring, adding aniline into the reaction kettle, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 65-70 degrees C, adding the ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, keeping stirring for 3-4 hours, discharging and cooling to obtain the modified polyaniline resin solution, (iv) taking calcium stearate, adding to the resin modified polyaniline solution, stirring uniformly, filtering, washing the filter cake with water, vacuum drying at 50-55 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain a resin modified polyaniline, and (v) taking the resin modified polyaniline in dimethylformamide to 8-10 times of the weight of the mixed material, stirring for 2-3 hours into the culture dish, placing into a vacuum drying box, drying for 20-30 hours at 70-85 degrees C in vacuum, after film forming, placing into constant temperature drying box of 95-105 degrees C for 1-2 hours, uncovering the film water washing, and drying at normal temperature.
