NOVELTY - Ultra-coupling bionic strain sensor comprises a micro-nano coupling bionic crack array set on the flexible substrate. USE - Ultra-coupling bionic strain sensor for use in a flexible electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to a wear-resistant device, an electronic skin, and a robot.
