▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by stripping gas driven liquid phase in micro-channel comprises (i) dispersing graphite in organic solvent to obtain graphite dispersion; (ii) introducing graphite dispersion into liquid phase inlet channel of micro-channel reactor with flow rate of 0.1-4 l/hour, introducing air into gas phase inlet channel of micro-channel reactor with flow rate of 10-400 l/hour, flowing out the liquid from gas-liquid outlet channel of micro-channel reactor under driving of the gas, obtaining dispersion liquid after one time peeling, the micro-channel reactor is liquid phase inlet channel, gas phase inlet channel, gas-liquid outlet channel, the liquid phase inlet channel and the gas phase inlet channel are converged to gas-liquid outlet channel; (iii) taking obtained dispersion to micro-channel reactor, repeating step (ii), preforming stripping operation to obtain dispersion; and (iv) collecting dispersion after circulating peeling, centrifuging, taking supernatant, and drying. USE - The graphene is useful in biomedicine, optoelectronic materials, and energy field. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures the adjustable reaction conditions; requires simple equipment, high efficiency, and high graphene quality, and is economical.
