NOVELTY - A high-temperature resistant and high dispersibility edge-graphene oxide nano microchip motor oil comprises 10-15 pts. wt. synthetic base oil, 8-10 pts. wt. non-soap based fat thickener, 0.5-1 pt. wt. composite friction modifier, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. metal cleaning agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. metal corrosion inhibitor, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. pour point depressant, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. amine-type antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, and 2 pts. wt. edge-graphene oxide nano microchip. USE - Edge-graphene oxide nano microchip motor oil. ADVANTAGE - The motor oil: can effectively adsorb the surface of the friction pair by adding edge-graphene oxide nano microchip, reduce the friction coefficient of the surface of the friction pair, improve the wear resistance of the material surface and play the role of extreme pressure and wear resistance; and has good dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the edge-graphene oxide nano microchip motor oil, which involves: (S1) adding synthetic base oil, composite friction improver, dispersing agent and edge-graphene oxide nano microchip to a high-shear device, and uniformly and ultrasonically dispersing; (S2) mixing metal cleaning agent, metal corrosion inhibitor, pour point depressant, amine-type antioxidant, extreme pressure antiwear agent and antifoaming agent, then adding to the high-shear device and uniformly mixing; and (S3) adding non-soap-based fat thickener to the product obtained in step (S2), stirring and distilling, and cooling and recovering.
