NOVELTY - Preparing continuous graphene heat-conducting film comprises preparing graphene oxide slurry, where the solid content is 2-8 wt.% graphene oxide, and the viscosity is 10000-50000 mPa.S, dispersing the graphene dioxide slurry after vacuum defoaming, coating, and drying to obtain a dried graphene oxide film coiled material, rewinding the GO film coiling material and the base film, subjecting the rewound composite film to impurity removal and heat treatment by an oven, a carbide furnace and a graphite film furnace respectively and then rolling. USE - Preparation method of continuous graphene heat-conducting film used in electronic device i.e., notebook computer, mobile phone, tablet computer and notebook computer. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene oxide slurry with high solid content and stable dispersion, can manufacture continuous graphene film coiled material, has simple production process, good technique stability, obviously improves the production efficiency and yield, and reduces the cost, has a thickness of 300 microns, and has good mechanical performance and bending resistance.
