NOVELTY - Production of solid graphene oxide comprises carrying out oxidation of natural crystalline flake graphite to obtain graphite oxide, ultrasonic processing, centrifuging, filtering to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution; using separating agent to modify surface of graphene oxide, precipitating and separating graphene oxide aqueous solution, obtaining graphene oxide solid, controlling concentration of oxidized graphite alkene at 1-200 mg/100 ml; using tert-butanol and mixed solvent of organic solvent and water to wash oxidized graphene solid, removing separating agent, freezing and drying. USE - Method for producing solid graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low equipment requirement, low price and high product quality.
