▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of an inverted polymer photovoltaic cell involves providing an electron contact layer (2), depositing a cathodic buffer layer (3) onto the electron contact layer, depositing a photoactive layer (4) comprising a photoactive organic polymer and an organic electron acceptor compound onto the cathodic buffer layer, depositing an anodic buffer layer (5) onto the photoactive layer, and providing a hole contact layer, where the deposition of the cathodic buffer layer involves forming a layer onto the electron contact layer of a composition comprising zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide or a precursor thereof, organic solvent and polymer soluble in the organic solvent, and plasma treating the layer formed onto the electron contact layer so as to form the cathodic buffer layer. USE - Production of inverted polymer photovoltaic cell such as solar cell used in construction of photovoltaic modules such as solar modules. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of inverted polymer photovoltaic cell with excellent power conversion efficiency, and stability over time. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the inverted polymer photovoltaic cell.
