ADVANTAGE - The ionic liquid-based nanofluid cutting fluid has better dispersion stability, better lubricating performance, higher permeability, better penetration performance, better heat transfer performance and higher heat capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing ionic liquid-based nanofluid cutting fluid, which involves adding nanoparticles to the ionic liquid ultrasonic dispersion, and then homogenizing to form a uniform and stable suspension.
