USE - Flexible transparent electrically conductive graphene/cellulose composite film used for preparing thin film (claimed) for photoelectric information transmission. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has good flexibility, light transmittance and conductivity. The method is simple and quick, and uses ionic liquid solvent which is green, and has good chemical stability and heat stability, strong dissolution ability, and no volatilization. The raw materials are natural and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flexible transparent electrically conductive graphene/cellulose composite film comprising adding ionic liquid to graphene, ultrasonically processing at 60-120 degrees C for 5-30 hours, centrifugally separating precipitate to obtain graphene ionic liquid solution, adding cellulose powder, stirring at 60-100 degrees C for 2-10 hours to obtain graphene/cellulose composite solution, forming gel on glass plate, immersing in deionized water, regenerating, washing to obtain hydrogel, placing on organic glass plate and fixed drying.
