▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene composite medicine controlled release fertilizer granule comprises nucleus and an inclusion body covering the nucleus body, where the inclusion comprises mixing sodium alginate, carboxymethyl chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol and neutral bentonite in a mass ratio of 5:3:2:1, the nucleus comprises 13-17 pts. wt. sustained release medicine, 45-65 pts. wt. film-coated fertilizer, 2-5 pts. wt. sustained release agent, 1-3 pts. wt. water retention agent and 25-35 pts. wt. filler, the sustained release medicine is a carrier medicine composition treated by an envelope and the carrier medicine composition is a mixture of graphene and a pesticidal active ingredient in a mass ratio of 3-6:1. USE - Used as graphene composite medicine controlled release fertilizer granule. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite medicine controlled release fertilizer granule is stable, the method has fast fertilizer and insecticidal effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene composite controlled release fertilizer granule, comprising: (i) preparing the components of the coating material, adding the component raw materials into a sealed reactor, heating to 85-95 degrees C and dispersing for 10-14 minutes at a speed of 350-400 rotations/minute to obtain coating agent; (ii) dissolving the active ingredient of the pesticide in an organic solvent or water to obtain a transparent solution, if the pesticide is slightly liquid, no solvent is used, placing the graphene in the pesticide solution to soak the adsorption, filtering and drying to obtain systemic medicine; (iii) placing the systemic medicine in a laminator, pre-heating, coating the coating agent on the surface of the systemic medicine by atomized spraying, naturally cooling and solidifying to obtain sustained release medicine; (iv) mixing the components of the filler, adding 30 wt.% deionized water and stirring to obtain slurry, adding sustained release medicine into the slurry, rapidly mixing film-coated fertilizer, sustained release agent, water retention agent and filler, granulating and drying at 80-85 degrees C to obtain nuclear body; and (v) mixing the raw material components of the inclusions, adding 20-25 wt.% deionized water and uniformly stirring well to obtain coated slurry, mixing coated slurry and nucleus body at a mass ratio of 1:5, stirring for 5-8 minutes at 300-350 rotations/minute in a blender and drying at a constant temperature of 35-40 degrees C.
